A flap folds up out of the printer’s front panel to function as the output tray. A paper input support unravels from the printer’s top-rear side and stands up to 100 ordinary paper sheets. This printer does not have sd card ports but does offer a PictBridge-enabled USB port for PictBridge-compliant video cams, camcorders, and video cam phones. The scanner cover hides an A4 dimension scanner, and without an ADF, A4 is the biggest dimension initial you can check. It is just among Canon’s workplace all-in-ones that do not offer an ADF. The light-grey-and-black unit does not have an automated document feeder, which is unusual for office-oriented multifunctions, but not unexpected, provided its low cost. It rests 465mm wide, 440mm deep, and 174mm high but evaluates a light 7kg. The Canon Pixma MX300 is instead large for an affordable all-in-one. Both Lexmark units will also obtain you much faster publish rates (other than with photos), but the Canon MX300 defeats the trousers off both when it comes to publishing quality. If you need an ADF, look at the Lexmark X5470, and if you must have a network-ready all-in-one, the Lexmark X4550 fits the expense. It is not network-ready, so if you are in a multiperson workplace, it is not your best option, and it does not have an automated document feeder (ADF), which means set checks, duplicates, and faxes will be laborious.
